LMB Marketing Solutions is a new breed firm providing holistic services to startup and established healthcare companies and individuals seeking to promote their brand, build awareness, grow audiences and clientele, engage with media as subject experts and leaders, respond to industry forces and expand into existing or new business arenas. Our efforts encompass the three pillars of integrated marketing communications services, corporate engagement strategies and project management.

We provide high-quality, effective and efficient, results-driven services for healthcare, most notably the long-term care and senior living industries. We fill an ever-widening gap in markets where in-house marketing and communications services are thin or non-existent.

About Lisa Bowen, Principal

Lisa Bowen is a top- tier marketing professional, bringing more than 20 years of senior level experience with a broad variety of Fortune 500 companies and industries. She is widely known as a professional with a keen ability to translate raw concepts into high-impact creative, and solutions that differentiate leading health care organizations.

Having worked both in agency and in-house settings, she has amassed extensive experience in integrated healthcare marketing and strategy and played a critical leadership role in driving the business growth and profitability of small to major corporations.

Previously, Lisa served as the vice president of account services for RDW Group, an integrated communications agency, where she was responsible for creating and executing communications strategies and programs for healthcare clients such as High Mark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Delaware, Provant Health Solutions, and Day Kimball Healthcare.

She also worked a decade at CVS Health, where she played an integral leadership role in growing the CVS/Caremark, the pharmacy benefit management (PBM) and the PBM pharmacy retail component of CVS Health. During her tenure at CVS/Caremark, Lisa was responsible for B2B and consumer marketing planning and execution of new enterprise, first-to-market PBM retail solutions including product adoption of the first PBM retail savings and rewards program to over 540 employer clients, achieving 125% of goal.

Prior to joining CVS/Caremark, Lisa worked at QualityMetric, now part of OptumInsight, a UnitedHealth Group company as the vice president of marketing and business development, and Response Healthcare Information Management/HCIA.
